Every year in the middle of October the Union organizes International Poultry Conference Business Meeting and Exhibition, showing spare parts and equipment for poultry farming and poultry processing, feed additives, vitamins, medicines, etc. used in poultry farming and poultry processing industry. This year (2007) the event will be held on 16-18 October.

The conference - business meeting is attended every year by more than 400 participants – managers, executives, experts and scientists from the country and from abroad. Usually many representatives of the leading companies in the field of poultry farming and poultry processing industry from Germany, The Netherlands, France, Italy, Belgium, USA, Canada, Hungary, etc. take part in the event every year.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME
The scientific programme includes reports on the problems of the efficient rearing and production of chickens, turkeys, waterfowl and ostrich presented by Bulgarian and foreign specialists. Companies from Bulgaria and abroad will present their activities and products.

EXHIBITION
An exhibition will be organized at the same time showing poultry rearing and processing equipment, vaccines, feed ingredients, medicines, etc.

Deadline for receiving the registration forms: 28.09.2007. Registration - on 16.10.2007 after 2.00 p.m.

FEES
Participation fee: Euro 50 payable at registration, including meals. Lodging is to be payable separately according to the hotel prices. The price of exhibition space is Euro 50 per sq.m. Company presentations: 50 Euro per 10 min

ACCOMODATION
The participants will be accommodated in the International House of Scientists (IHS) and the hotels near-by. Meals will be served in the restaurant of IHS.
